  1. Full Refund– If you do not receive your product(s) within the delivery time promised by the seller, we will refund you the full cost (delivery costs included).

  2. Full or Partial Refund – If the item arrives but it is not as described, our support team will honour a full or partial refund on a case by case basis.

  3. Guaranteed Genuine – Here at World Supermarket, we do not tolerate fake goods. Therefore, if a product is found to be counterfeit, you will get a full refund (delivery costs included).

  4. Individual Seller Guarantee – Our individual sellers may offer additional guarantees for their products. If this is the case, details will be listed in the product description.
